Secluded within a grove of acacia trees, the lodge looks out over the golden savannah plains, with uninterrupted views of the mountain itself. Close by are a series of emerald green swamps, which are fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. These, the only sources of water in this otherwise starkly beautiful but arid park, attract huge numbers of wallowing elephants, hippos, buffalos and plains game. Meanwhile, from the prehistoric site of Observation Hill, the sunset over Kilimanjaro is magnificent.
Activities include daily game drives in custom-built traditional safari vehicles, ‘sundowners' on Observation Hill, bush breakfasts, bush dinners, Maasai dance performances, visits to Maasai villages and tree-planting programs.
If you are more of a relaxed traveler who relishes a beautiful view but does not necessarily want to climb a mountain to get it, hop in a hot air balloon and you'll be admiring the African scenery of Serengeti in Tanzania. Hope fully you are a morning person, because the hot air balloons usually rise with the sun, at around 6am. While floating in the African sky, you will be able to spot some amazing wildlife, so if you missed any of the big 5 on your safari, this is your chance to tick them off.
Tanzanians are among the most welcoming and approachable people on earth. With a wide variety of thins to discover, a cultural excursion is likely to be one of the most-rewarding experiences of your holiday.

Rambling through the bush in an open-topped vehicle is the image that springs to mind most when people think about Africa. And there is no better place to go on safari than Tanzania.
The success of any safari to Northern Tanzania largely depends on the Serengeti element of the trip and this area is the best illustration of how you need to understand not just the park but also the dynamics of the different areas within the park. For example, you should treat the busy Serengeti Central with caution and, wherever possible look at visiting the quieter areas, in particular the Serengeti North between August and October or the southern Serengeti Plains and Loliondo between December and May.
It really is an out of body experience for every tourist and visitor. The wild animals are not the only thing worth watching. You also get to see the amazingly beautiful and surreal landscapes spread everywhere in Africa. You see the lush green colors of huge trees and rainforests, which are a remarkable sight. Even more breathtaking is the natural viewing of the hunting. How the predators chase and pounce at their prey is the most amazing spectacle ever. The experience will stay with you forever if you are a lover if nature, mother earth.
The most famous sights in African safari are cheetah, African elephants, Giraffes, hippopotamus, Warthog, Zebras, wildebeest and Rhinoceros. African elephant is the largest mammal on earth. All these wildlife can be enjoyed in Safaris of Africa.
Different types of birds' unseen in other continents also adhere to the environment of African wildlife safaris. African safari parks are now developing at immense rate to attract visitors from all over the world. No one visits Africa and doesn't enjoy the wildlife safari there.
